How credits work
- Credits pay only for usage features (AI summaries, WhatsApp/SMS).
- Credits cannot be used for monthly plans or add-ons.
- All prices are in USD, excluding applicable taxes.

Yes, in full if you were charged in error or twice, or if demo access is not provided within 2 business days of payment. Once demo access is provisioned, the fee is non-refundable.
1 credit equals $0.01. Credits are used only for usage-based features such as AI report summaries and WhatsApp/SMS alerts. They do not pay for monthly plans or add-ons.
Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. Free monthly credits included with bundles expire at the end of the billing month.
You can cancel monthly plans and add-ons anytime. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. Email support@flexopays.com for assistance.
Flexo Pays Admin connects to Stripe through Stripe's official API over HTTPS (TLS-encrypted), from our servers only. Payment details are entered in Stripe-hosted fields (Stripe Checkout / Elements), so card numbers go directly to Stripe and are not stored or processed by our systems. The ERP stores only references and non-sensitive metadata, such as Stripe customer and payment IDs, payment status, and card brand/last four digits. Stripe API secret keys are kept server-side only, stored in environment-level secrets, never in source code, client-side code, or logs. We use restricted keys limited to the permissions the integration needs, keep test and live keys separate, and rotate keys when staff or vendors change or if exposure is suspected. Incoming Stripe webhooks are verified using Stripe's signature before we act on them. Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider; review Stripe's security documentation at stripe.com/docs/security.
